AUDIO VISUAL ACCESS RENTAL POLICY



IN ORDER TO RENT EQUIPMENT A DRIVERS LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED BEFORE THE RENTEE CAN TAKE THE EQUIPMENT


When renting equipment from Audio Visual Access it is important to return the equipment in a timely manner so as not to conflict with the following rental time.
 

 

We appreciate your business and want to make sure your experience with our company is a memorable one. Our rental policy is very easy to understand. The requirements of our rental policy which will be signed by the rentee are stated below:



1. I accept for use AS IS the equipment listed on this form and accept full responsibility for its the care.

2. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented under this agreement form but not returned to Recreation and Entertainment Rentals, or the repair of equipment if it is damaged.

3. I agree to reimburse and hold harmless Audio Visual Access for any loss or damage of any kind, other than reasonable wear and tear, which result from the use of the equipment.

4. I agree to return the rented equipment by the agreed date and time in the same condition as when rented to avoid any additional charge.

5. I hereby forever release Audio Visual Access and its employees and indemnify it for any and all liability or responsibility for damages or injuries to myself or to any other person or property resulting from its use, accepting myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage which may result whether or not such injuries or damages are caused by the negligence of Audio Visual Access.
6. If I need to cancel my rental due to weather or other circumstance then I will receive a credit of the total rental price for future purchase.
